Hospital announces today the appointment of Michael Henrici as
the hospitals new Chief Human Resources Officer.
Henrici most recently served as chief human resources officer
at Phoenixville Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania
Health System. Prior to his position with Phoenixville
Hospital, Henrici was a director with Global Human Resource
Solutions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He also serves on
the board of directors of the Phoenixville Area Chamber of
Commerce.
Henricis human resources experience includes recruitment,
compensation and benefit planning and administration,
performance management, employee relations, and training and
development. During his career Henrici led a patient
satisfaction improvement program where satisfaction scores
increased from the 29th to the 79th percentile over an 18-month
period. He has also spoken nationally and internationally
on a variety of strategic human resources and reengineering
topics.
Henrici earned his masters degree in Business Administration
from Saint Josephs University in Philadelphia. He
received his bachelors degree in Economics and Business from
Lafayette College located in Easton, PA. A resident of
Chester brook, PA, Henrici and his wife Carol have three
children, Meghan, Michael, and Ryan.

located at 5800 Ridge Avenue in Philadelphia, PA. The

the medical and health care needs of the Roxborough, Manayunk,
